1.主要职责(具体工作内容)Main Responsibility;Job Contents)
>负责每月工资计算的全过程;
Responsible for the whole process of monthly payroll calculation;
>关注当地政府相关政策,确保薪资相关操作合规性;
Local government policy monitoring to ensure Payroll related transactions compliance;
>人力资源系统维护工资相关数据变更;
HR system maintenance about payroll related data changes;
>根据要求提供数据报告/分析;
Data report/analysis as request;
>员工考勤系统/数据管理;
Employee attendance system/data administration;
>社会保险和住房公积金缴纳;
Social insurance and housing fund transactions;
>在薪资系统中执行规定的人力资源相关津贴、福利和奖金;
Implement defined HR related allowances, benefits and bonus in the payroll system;
>对员工咨询提供专业的解释和建议;
Provide professional interpretation or advice for employee inquire;
>协助处理劳动关系方面的工作,包括员工关系维护、劳动纠纷处理、劳动合同管理、员工福利等,确保公司遵守相关法律法规,并帮助解决劳动关系问题。
Assist in handling labor relations work, including maintaining employee relations, dealing with labor disputes, managing labor contracts, and employee benefits, to ensure complying with relevant laws and regulations, and help resolve labor relations issues.

2. 任职资格Qualifications
>本科及以上学历,5年以上人力资源相关经验;
Bachelor degree or above, above 5-year HR working experience;
>工作严谨细致,逻辑性强,对数据有敏感度;学习能力及执行力强;
Cautious, good logical thinking, data-sensitive; strong learning ability and execution;
>良好的团队合作精神,具有服务意识;
Good team player with strong service sense;
>熟悉办公软件使用,熟练使用Excel;
Familiar with Office software, proficient in Excel;
>对劳动法律法规、社保公积金政策、个税法规有一定的了解;
Good understanding of labor laws and regulations, social security and provident fund policies, individual income tax regulations;
>具备良好的英语读写能力。
Good reading ; written English.
